Return policy

Thank you for shopping at Año Del Buey!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 5 business days from the delivery of your purchase. If 5 business days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items can be refunded; Discounted items cannot be refunded.


Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to a.delbueymexico@gmail.com requesting it (Because our products are one of a kind you would get a similar one but not exactly the same).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.



Late or missing refunds

- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at a.delbueymexico@gmail.com.


Shipment

- It must be sent to the address provided by mail in response to your request.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Return Policy.

The return of any product may be accepted as long as it meets the following conditions:

1. That the return be made within a period of less than 5 business days from the delivery date.
2. That the Purchase Order and/or invoice that covers the purchase of the product at our point of sale must be presented.
3. That the product, must be in the same condition in which it was delivered with original packaging and labeling.
4. That the product has not been used, damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear.


If any of the conditions previously described are not met, no refund will be made.

In the case of guarantees for defective products, these must be carried out within the period established in the description for each of them.



Return Process

The User must contact by email to a.delbueymexico@gmail.com within the period established for each product, requesting its return and providing, first and last name, order number, name of the product(s) to be returned, clear photographs of the product(s) to be returned. In the event that the return is due to the fact that the product or products are defective or it is a different product than the one purchased through the Website, you must also express this circumstance, as well as mention, where applicable, the defects of the products, (hereinafter the “Return Request”).

The Return Request must be approved. You may send the package with the Parcel Company of your choice to the address indicated in the email in response to your request. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The refund will be made to the payment method with which the purchase was made. This process will begin once the product arrives at our facilities.

If applicable, you must pack the product in its original box or packaging, print and deliver the guide, as well as the products in their original packaging or box to the Parcel Company.



Refund Policies

A refund of the amounts paid by you may be made, but always subject to the provisions of this section.

In the case of Purchase Orders that could not be processed, you will be informed and the amounts paid will be refunded.

In the event that the payment has been made with bank cards (debit or credit), the refund can be made through a chargeback on the same card that was used.

In the case of returns and if a refund is requested, the cost of the returned products will be refunded, however the expenses generated by the Purchase Order and Return processes may be deducted, so we are not responsible for the expenses caused by those returns that occur without respecting the established steps. Once the products returned by you have been received, the returned products will be reviewed and if the products received meet the characteristics established in the section “Return Policies” the money will be refunded within the following 10 business days, counted from the day on which the return has been ruled.
